Southdown House Software Ltd. offer pre-sales, developer, installation & runtime support for the Actian Zen/PSQL range of products. Support is available to software vendors & resellers in the U.K. and Ireland.
If you have an Actian/Pervasive PSQL product that was installed as part of a software application purchased through another company - for example, provided with Accounting software - it often makes sense to contact them first. If that is not possible, we may still be able to help you.

When contacting Support, please be sure to include as much information as possible.
- If a product was purchased from Southdown House Software, you should be able to provide an Invoice number (SHSnnnn), which will help us identify your product.
- Please include the full version of the product, including any Service Packs applied, for example, PSQL v12 SP1 v12.10
